Peter Foot has been awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) accolade since 2003 for his involvement in the Microsoft .NET and Windows developer communities. Peter is a Xamarin-certified Mobile Developer. Alongside an active presence in several online forums, attendance at developer conferences and involvement in open-source projects, Peter has also written a number of technical articles and maintains an active technical blog. Peter also co-wrote the Microsoft Mobile Development Handbook published by Microsoft Press. Prior to developing mobile apps, Peter led a test team for a UK mobile internet portal on the UK’s first consumer GPRS service. Peter holds a BSc in Computer Science.
