It seems to have fixed itself... I just copied the files into a new project and added the references to the project from scratch. I still don't know what the problem was. Thanks anyway.

This doesn't seem to be the problem I'm having, Visual Studio seems as if the prokect is only referencing the 2.4 library, and I deleted the previously referenced 2.2 library just to be sure. The Widcomm dependency checker test still runs successfully, the code compiles and runs with BluetoothRadio.IsSupported == false then it throws ...

I downloaded and ran the  Test32FeetWidcommWin32.zip and it is successful, however the program still throws a PlatformNotSupportedException saying "No supported bluetooth protocol stack is found." ...
