I'm planning to get a new release out this week.  One reason to get it out soon is that there are multiple improvements in loading and reporting missing Widcomm dependencies. It reports if a particular dependency is missing, and if no stacks are loaded successfully it will look to see if the Widcomm stack is installed and reports then that we need the 32feetWidcomm.dll file.  We also supply a Windows Installer module that should help ensure that the correct version of the VC++ Runtime is present.

Widcomm BluetoothListener is now fully implemented.  There are also multiple fixes to the OBEX classes and others, e.g. Windows Vista/7 authentication support.
