Product Support

Product support is available both through the online forums, and for registered users via email for one year from purchase. We aim to respond to your email requests within 48 hours. When sending an email request for support it will help us if you can include the following details:-

  • Your name and Handango reference number (if appropriate)
  • The full version (e.g. 1.5.51015.0) of the product you are using
  • A code snippet to illustrate the issue
  • The hardware on which you are encountering the issue

Before sending an email you may wish to search the forums to see if your issue has already been discussed.
